J.J. Donovan's to Cheers
Start with a beer at J.J. Donovan's, then load this leg before heading out. This route goes around the Boston Common. Later legs go through it, but feel free to cut through now if you choose.
Ten legs, one finish line, and several chances to miss a bar.
This is the mapped version of the Original Course. The full route is useful for seeing the big picture, but the leg-by-leg links are the better way to actually run it without wandering past a perfectly good bar.
Load the next leg before you leave each stop. Future-you may be brave, but future-you is not guaranteed to be better at navigation.
If you are using a Garmin or another watch, load each leg before leaving the bar. It is easy when you are standing still. It is less charming when you are several beers deep and arguing with a sidewalk.
The course is laid out to stay close to 2.62 miles between stops. Want a detour? Take it. Want the shortest route to the next beer? Also fair.

Be careful if there is a Red Sox game. They close streets around Fenway, which is why this stop was planned early.
Around mile 2, make sure you are on Charlestown Ave., not under it. Otherwise you can hit the train tracks and have to backtrack.
This takes you to the Bunker Hill Monument. Extra points if you go to the top.
Planned food stop as well as a beer. Check the menu first if lactose-free food is a concern.
